Purpose
To bring awareness to safe and healthy aging.

Objectives
After completing this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. State the fastest growing age group in the USA
  2. Explain the effects of immunosenescence
  3. Describe at least five interventions to preserve health
  4. Clarify the role of antioxidants
  5. Define healthy aging
